About the Role
Socure is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the next phase of their RiskOS Case Management experience. This role will focus on elevating the existing case management foundation into a scalable, best-in-class experience, consolidating and unifying workflows and UI patterns across multiple product lines and customer use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn the vision, strategy, and roadmap for RiskOS Case Management
- βConvert customer and internal pain points into problem statements, requirements, and measurable outcomes
- βLead consolidation across product lines into a unified case management dashboard
- βRun continuous discovery with fraud/risk/compliance teams and turn insights into roadmap priorities
- βDrive alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, and other teams on priorities and tradeoffs
- βPartner with Product Design to deliver world-class UX for high-stakes review workflows
- βBuild compliance-ready workflows with auditability and defensible decision rationale
- βMake every step of the reviewer journey AI-assisted
Requirements
- β5+ years of PM experience owning complex, workflow-heavy SaaS products
- βStrong design partnership and UX execution skills
- βDomain experience in fraud/risk/compliance/investigations
- βData-driven approach with ability to define KPIs and measure impact
- βProven ability to ship AI-assisted UX/workflows in production
