Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Upwork Business Manager and Bidder. The primary responsibilities include identifying relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, preparing and submitting proposals, managing communication with potential clients, and negotiating project terms to close deals. The role also involves maintaining a strong online profile, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to align client requirements with services.
Responsibilities: Find and apply to relevant projects on Upwork daily Write professional, customized proposals Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements Schedule meetings and help close deals Maintain strong follow-ups and update pipelines Work closely with the technical team to prepare accurate estimates
Requirements: Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or business development executive Strong communication and writing skills Ability to understand project scopes for Web Development, Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, and eCommerce Consistency, professionalism, and strong follow-ups Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets
