About the Role
We are looking for a talented Art Director to join our in-house Creative Studio at SoFi to create and deliver exceptional marketing and advertising materials for our rapidly growing brand. You will focus on supporting our SIPS Pod: Checking and Savings, Invest, Credit Card, Member, Relay, Protect, Travel, and At Work.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end concept and design for marketing projects across various digital mediums
- →Create marketing materials for engaging, fast-growing products
- →Collaborate with copywriters on messaging and concepts
- →Create consumer- and enterprise-facing work that is visually exciting and emotionally engaging
- →Help test, iterate, and optimize designs to improve business results
- →Use enterprise-approved AI tools for creative workflow efficiencies
- →Work collaboratively with creative, web, and development teams
- →Champion the SoFi brand and user experience
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of three years working as an art director at an ad agency, in-house creative department, or freelancing for major brands
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to deliver business results
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and iterate on design options
- ✓Ability to balance multiple projects with tight timelines
- ✓Data-driven approach to testing design solutions
- ✓Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners
- ✓Self-motivated and able to work independently
- ✓Proficient in design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- ✓Experience in FinTech and Insurance industries is a plus
