About the Role
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join SoFi's recruiting team and support our G&A (non-tech) organizations. This role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- →Proactively recruit and maintain relationships with senior talent
- →Identify candidates through various methods including cold calling, lead generation, and social networking
- →Manage candidates in process and provide them with a positive experience
- →Be a thought partner with leaders to establish plans and strategies
- →Act as an advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process
- →Understand and summarize candidate's key strengths and requirements
- →Organize and facilitate interview debriefs
- →Work closely with Compensation, Talent Programs, and People Analytics teams
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of high volume and or sales recruiting experience
- ✓Experience utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting methodologies
- ✓Full lifecycle candidate management including identification, interview preparation, and closing
- ✓Ability to assess candidate's technical abilities and behavioral traits
- ✓Self-starter, motivated, and detailed/results-oriented
- ✓Strong organizational skills
- ✓Team player
- ✓Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
