About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at SoFi, a next-generation financial services company and national bank. This role involves providing administrative support and interview coordination for the recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Schedule interviews for the recruiting team, including high volume group interviews
- →Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
- →Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process
- →Process and send out offer letters and new hire communication
- →Process new hire admin tasks in the relevant systems
- →Track and report on interview numbers
- →Run reports on recruiting activity in recruiting systems
- →Provide a white glove experience for each of our candidates
- →Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process
- →Open new requisitions and ensure that job descriptions are accurate and complete
- →Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
- →Provide additional support to the recruiting and HR team, as needed
Requirements
- ✓A bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
- ✓1+ years of experience in a fast-paced role
- ✓Fluent in English
- ✓Desire to create a phenomenal candidate experience
- ✓Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- ✓Flexible to support changing business needs
- ✓Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Greenhouse
- ✓Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail
- ✓Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- ✓Nice to have
- ✓Recruiting or human resources experience
