Key Responsibilities
- →Lead technical discovery and pre-sales activities, translating employer benefit objectives into solution architectures
- →Architect end-to-end integrations including eligibility file ingestion, SSO/OIDC/SAML, HRIS/payroll connections, webhooks, and REST APIs
- →Scope and run pilots/PoCs for priority benefits and awareness programs
- →Serve as the technical SME during implementation, configuring plans and resolving integration issues
- →Create enablement assets and improve documentation to streamline partner onboarding
- →Act as the voice of the customer, aggregating technical feedback to inform product roadmaps
- →Drive reliability and quality by defining test plans and monitoring critical workflows
Requirements
- ✓7+ years in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or technical account management
- ✓Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
- ✓Hands-on experience integrating employer systems (HRIS/payroll, SSO) and benefits data flows
- ✓Ability to decompose business requirements into secure, scalable technical designs
- ✓Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓Proven program management across multiple concurrent projects
- ✓Familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance considerations in financial services
- ✓Experience with AI tooling for efficiency and data QA
