About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Fullstack Software Engineer to play a key role in the design and implementation of our Cyberdigital white-labeled platform. This role involves acting as a leader and force multiplier, working with stakeholders to implement functionality and architect systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Full development life-cycle design from project requirement to deployment
- →Work on automation and improvement of data exchanges and data pipelines
- →Facilitate the definition of project scope, deliverables, and goals
- →Lead cross-functional delivery teams to ensure deliverables are met
- →Track project performance against defined milestones/goals
- →Conduct process improvement projects to increase performance in vital program metrics
- →Communicate ongoing project health with key stakeholders and business leadership
- →Maintain strict compliance with established project management policies and guidelines
- →Make significant contributions to the code base
- →Define best practices and uphold coding standards
- →Work within the Engineering team to develop features that specifically benefit our users
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- ✓6+ years of Java programming experience
- ✓3+ years of experience working in full stack, multi-channel products
- ✓Proven understanding of web standards, performance, best practices, security, and browser internals
- ✓Experience with ReactJS, Java, and NodeJS
- ✓Solid understanding of web technologies and standards including security best practices, API integration, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- ✓Experience with modern build and tooling ecosystems (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn/pnpm)
- ✓Mobile native/hybrid development experience (ReactNative, Cordova, Swift, Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform)
