Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field (Graduate Degree preferred)
- ✓Eight (8)+ years of experience conducting user research in a product development setting
- ✓Advanced expertise in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- ✓Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead projects
- ✓Strong understanding of the tradeoff between rigor and speed in research
- ✓Strong project and program management skills
- ✓A strong drive for continuous learning and self-improvement
