β’ Supporting organizational change and transformations while fostering a positive and consistent employee experience.
β’ Maintaining accurate personnel administration and employee data within our HRIS (HiBob).
β’ Supporting payroll for Germany in collaboration with EMEA HR Business Partners and external payroll providers to ensure timely and correct execution.
Your profile:
You possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. You enjoy working with a detail-oriented, pragmatic, and proactive approach to challenges and want to make an impact at a local level within an international company. You are approachable and solution-oriented when advising employees and managers, and you thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
β’ Professional fluency in both German and English.
