We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join Solace, a healthcare advocacy marketplace. In this role, you will manage team members and support clients and advocates through their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities
- →Learn and utilize Solace systems, tools, and technology to offer a great support experience
- →Provide world-class customer service to clients and advocates
- →Gather and track feedback to improve customer experience and platform
- →Build strong relationships with clients and advocates
- →Resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- →Take action based on feedback by reporting issues and sharing detailed notes
