About the Role
We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join Solace, a healthcare startup that pairs patients with expert advocates. This role involves scaling our clinical hiring process, primarily for RNs, and sits at the top of the recruitment funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct 20–25 Zoom-based screening calls per day with inbound candidates (primarily RNs)
- →Assess key fit criteria including licensure, availability, and baseline qualifications
- →Deliver a clear, compelling overview of the opportunity and what to expect next
- →Schedule same-day or next-day interviews with Senior Recruiters
- →Collaborate closely with senior team members to refine messaging and improve efficiency
Requirements
- ✓Have 3–5 years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or both)
- ✓Are energized by high-output, high-ownership work
- ✓Communicate clearly and warmly, especially on Zoom
- ✓Thrive in an ever-changing environment and able to pivot quickly without time-loss
- ✓Have a proven track record of consistency and strong professional judgment
- ✓Are ambitious to grow and hungry to learn
- ✓Thrive in a strong, team-centered environment
