About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Recruiter to join Solace, a healthcare advocacy marketplace. This role involves partnering with hiring managers across Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and Operations to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct 20–25 structured recruiter screens per week
- →Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
- →Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- →Analyze recruitment data to identify funnel gaps and create action plans
- →Maintain organized candidate pipelines with accurate tracking
- →Handle offer negotiations and guide candidates through the closing process
- →Partner with People Ops and hiring teams to refine recruitment processes
Requirements
- ✓2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in agency or startup environments
- ✓Experience hiring for Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, or Operations roles
- ✓Ability to manage multiple searches with minimal guidance
- ✓Proficiency in running structured screens and presenting candidates clearly
- ✓Comfortable using ATS reporting (Ashby preferred) to assess pipeline health
- ✓Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at driving alignment
- ✓Excellent communication skills and ability to manage candidate relationships
- ✓High sense of urgency, strong judgment, and a bias for execution
