About the Role

We are looking for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Information Security team. This key technical role focuses on the secure operation, administration, and support of our IAM tools and environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Perform daily administration, maintenance, and support of key IAM tools including Active Directory domains, Azure Entra ID, SailPoint Identity Secure Cloud, Okta Workforce Identity, and Okta Privileged Access
→Implement Single Sign On for business applications
→Support the transition from OneIdentity to Okta Privileged Access
→Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM related incidents and requests
→Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell
→Design and implement AI-powered solutions for IAM capabilities
→Configure and manage MCP Servers for IAM operations
→Integrate AI systems with MCP servers and existing platforms using Python
→Utilize Splunk, ManageEngine, and other UEBA solutions to monitor user activities
→Collaborate with IAM Architect, MSP, and other IT/business teams
→Support access control policies such as RBAC
→Participate in periodic audits and compliance activities
→Maintain process documentation and follow ITSM practices
→Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on-prem services
→Provide expertise in user provisioning, de-provisioning, SSO, and MFA
→Support improvement initiatives for IAM workflows and tool configurations
→Assist with IAM Program roadmap development

Requirements

✓Experience with IAM platforms including Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, SailPoint, Okta
✓Strong scripting skills with PowerShell and Python
✓Knowledge of access control policies and RBAC
✓Experience with UEBA solutions like Splunk and ManageEngine
✓Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Jira and ServiceNow
✓Understanding of cloud and on-prem IAM integration
✓Experience with automation and workflow development
✓Background in identity security and access management
