About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Marketing Analyst to join Somnia Foundation, a hyper-performance Blockchain operating at an order of magnitude faster than existing networks. This role focuses on enhancing the marketing team’s performance through advanced data analytics and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

→Perform on-chain data analysis using advanced SQL and experience with indexers and subgraphs to track real-time protocol events.
→Implement marketing attribution using GTM (Server-Side) and GA4 to bridge off-chain social/KOL clicks to on-chain conversion and deposit data.
→Build real-time performance dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
→Utilize AI and social intelligence tools like Kaito for sentiment analysis and data collection across multiple channels.
→Conduct data science and forecasting using Python (Pandas/NumPy) or R for predictive modeling.
→Track the full user journey from social impressions to on-chain actions and analyze KOL and creator ROI.
→Create data-backed KOL shortlists for the BD team and measure the lead-generation efficacy of global events.
→Maintain KPI stewardship for Total Live Venues, MAW, TVL, and CDAV.

Requirements

✓4+ years of experience in data analytics, specifically within DeFi or L1/L2 ecosystems.
✓Familiarity with Headless CMS websites, Google Analytics, SEO tracking, and social sentiment tools.
✓Ability to query on-chain data (SQL) and translate complex Agentic AI settlement logs into digestible growth reports.
✓Deep understanding of prediction market mechanics, oracle disputes, and the current KOL/Alpha landscape on Crypto-X.
✓Comfortable pivoting strategies based on real-time PMF signals.
