About the Role
We are looking for a Senior/Staff Engineer to join our team at Sonar. This role focuses on architecting the backend for Verified Autonomous Remediation, a sophisticated Agentic workflow that rigorously tests and validates code using Sonar’s analysis engine.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement features for the "Unified Remediation Engine" using Java and Python
- →Develop agent logic to turn research concepts into production code
- →Learn and apply "Industrial-Grade" engineering practices, including AWS deployment and observability
- →Ensure reliability and quality by writing comprehensive tests and investigating AI fix failures
- →Collaborate with senior engineers in design and code reviews
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- ✓Strong grasp of Algorithms, Data Structures, and Complexity Analysis
- ✓Proficiency in Java or Python with a willingness to work in a hybrid environment
- ✓Basic understanding of HTTP, API basics, and Linux environment
- ✓Genuine interest in AI/LLMs and a desire to apply it to real-world engineering problems
- ✓Analytical mindset with a focus on understanding system behavior
