About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen and grow our presence in Luxembourg, working with European Institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Highly contribute to the EU sales strategy for Sopra Steria Luxembourg
- →Build strong account mapping and detailed account plans for key accounts
- →Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to securing contracts
- →Manage Senior Executive technology discussions and develop collaboration roadmaps
- →Develop existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- →Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- →Support delivery throughout its lifecycle
- →Act as a key interface between clients, program managers, and delivery teams
- →Interface with external partners including consortium and technology partners
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- ✓8–10 years of proven experience in large accounts management or business development
- ✓Strong understanding of IT delivery and consulting services
- ✓Knowledge of long sales cycles
- ✓Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- ✓Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively
- ✓Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments
- ✓Fluent English and French, mandatory
