About the Role
We are looking for an Agile Coach to work with an important client in the banking sector. This role focuses on implementing and improving Kanban practices within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, implement and maintain physical or digital Kanban boards, ensuring clarity and alignment with team processes
- →Facilitate key Kanban meetings: Daily Kanban, Replenishment Meeting, Delivery Review, Service Delivery Review, and continuous improvement sessions (Kaizen)
- →Measure, monitor and analyze essential metrics: Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP, Cumulative Flow Diagram, proposing data-based actions
- →Identify bottlenecks and promote initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce delivery time
- →Ensure compliance with WIP limits and foster a sustainable delivery culture
- →Guide teams in adopting Lean-Agile practices and transitioning to flow-oriented work models
- →Facilitate communication between stakeholders and teams, ensuring transparency and priority alignment
- →Promote Kanban maturity and evolution toward higher-level practices according to Kanban Maturity Levels
- →Provide coaching to teams and leaders in Kanban, Agile service management, and Lean thinking
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of Kanban principles and practices
- ✓Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams
- ✓Knowledge of Lean principles and their application in software development
- ✓Ability to analyze process metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
