About the Role

We are looking for a confirmed Business Analyst to join our consulting and AMOA department dedicated to banking actors. You will intervene at the Business/IT interface for digital transformation projects in retail banking, investment banking, or fintech.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct needs collection and analysis
→Lead workshops for scope definition with business teams
→Formalize needs as User Stories, use cases, SFD/SFG, functional specifications
→Create process diagrams (BPMN) and functional models (UML)
→Challenge business requests to ensure consistency, feasibility, and value
→Develop detailed functional specifications and validate with stakeholders
→Propose target scenarios for processes, journeys, governance rules, and functional data models
→Work closely with MOE/IT teams to ensure clear understanding of needs
→Define functional acceptance strategy and UAT test plans
→Write test cases and data sets aligned with business needs
→Coordinate or perform functional testing and track issues
→Contribute to production deployment and user support
→Support functional tracking (reporting, indicators, risks, alerts)
→Prepare and lead business meetings
→Serve as functional expert for your scope

Requirements

✓Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector
✓Strong understanding of banking processes (credit, payments, compliance, risks)
✓Experience with digital customer journey transformation
✓Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and tools
✓Knowledge of functional modeling (BPMN, UML)
✓Experience with testing methodologies and tools (JIRA, ALM)
✓Ability to work with both business and IT teams
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
