About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Financial Services division. This role involves contributing to project management and bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to project steering and management of various stakeholders
- →Collect and analyze client needs
- →Facilitate workshops to define requirements and communicate them to technical teams
- →Translate user needs through functional specifications and/or requirements documents
- →Serve as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders
- →Master testing and validation activities for developed solutions
- →Train users and support change management
- →Assist in deployment processes
Requirements
- ✓Strong background in business analysis
