About the Role

We are seeking an IARD Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to ambitious transformation projects at leading insurance companies. You will work closely with both business and IT teams in an Agile, multi-project environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Analyze IARD business needs across various domains
→Structure and formalize functional requirements
→Facilitate workshops with business departments (Underwriting, Claims, Distribution)
→Write functional specifications and user stories
→Model business rules including deductibles, limits, coverage, exclusions, and validation processes
→Lead functional testing
→Develop test plans focused on contracts, claims, and production
→Execute UAT and track issues
→Validate business processes before deployment
→Bridge between business and IT teams
→Challenge proposed solutions
→Facilitate communication and contribute to project committees

Requirements

✓Strong understanding of IARD insurance processes
✓Experience with requirements analysis and specification
✓Knowledge of BPMN process modeling
✓SQL query skills
✓Familiarity with Agile methodologies
✓Experience with Jira or similar tools
✓Ability to work in a multi-project environment
