About the Role

Join a thriving agency as a Business Analyst working on high-value IT projects. You'll collaborate closely with client business teams to propose concrete solutions for innovative and future-focused topics.

Key Responsibilities

→Organize and facilitate client workshops to gather user needs and support decision-making
→Write functional documentation including user stories and create mockups
→Participate in and lead project tracking meetings (daily stand-ups, steering committees) and co-design sessions
→Work closely with development teams
→Contribute to maintaining the project backlog
→Develop continuous improvement plans based on client business needs
→Learn and configure SaaS solutions and understand their interfaces
→Create and execute test plans to ensure solution quality

Requirements

✓Strong affinity and experience in banking (credit, payments, risk) and/or insurance (savings, disability insurance)
✓Experience working in agile environments
✓Ability to facilitate client workshops and capture requirements
✓Proficiency in creating functional documentation and user stories
✓Experience with SaaS solutions and testing methodologies
