Key Responsibilities
- →Define user needs or 'user stories'
- →Track project progress in coordination with the project team and client
- →Write requirements documents, general specifications
- →Write and validate functional test cases
- →Optimize the ergonomics of a product or solution based on usage and user experience
- →Lead functional workshops, provide advice and client orientation
- →Support our teams in enhancing the value of client business
Requirements
- ✓Passion for banking and insurance
- ✓Skills in life insurance and IARD (Property and Casualty Insurance)
- ✓Ability to act as an interface between business and IT
- ✓Comfortable with both technical aspects and analysis
- ✓Ability to understand business needs to integrate them into the company's information system
- ✓Willingness to be trained on client contexts, their businesses, quality processes, and methods (co-design, digital animation)
