About the Role
We are seeking Business Analysts (AMOA) with expertise in insurance or Health and Pension sectors to support our major account clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define user needs and create User Stories
- →Track project progress in collaboration with the MOE and client
- →Write and validate functional test cases
- →Manage releases including scoping, design, and deployment
- →Optimize product/solution ergonomics based on user experience
- →Facilitate functional scope workshops, provide client guidance
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in insurance or Health and Pension sectors
- ✓Experience in defining user needs and creating User Stories
- ✓Ability to track project progress and collaborate with stakeholders
- ✓Skills in writing and validating functional test cases
- ✓Knowledge of release management processes
- ✓Understanding of product ergonomics and user experience
- ✓Experience in facilitating workshops and providing client guidance
