About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst ServiceNow to join our team. This role focuses on helping clients formalize their business needs and implement high-value ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- βCollect, analyze and challenge business needs of clients
- βFacilitate functional workshops and scoping sessions
- βWrite functional specifications and user stories
- βContribute to ServiceNow solution design (ITSM, workflows, catalogs)
- βCollaborate closely with technical teams (Tech Leads, Architects, developers)
- βSupport functional testing and user validation phases
- βParticipate in change management and solution adoption
Requirements
