About the Role
Join Transport de Lille to help develop the transportation of tomorrow across France. As a Business Analyst, you will work on IT projects with high added value, collaborating closely with client teams to propose concrete solutions for innovative and future-oriented topics.
Key Responsibilities
- →Organize and facilitate client workshops to collect user needs and assist in decision-making
- →Write functional documentation including user stories and create mockups
- →Participate in and lead project follow-up meetings (daily meetings, steering committees) and co-design sessions
- →Work closely with developers
- →Contribute to maintaining the project backlog
- →Propose continuous improvement plans based on understanding client business needs
- →Potentially train on topics that excite you or participate in innovation and digital challenges
Requirements
- ✓Experience in IT projects and agile methodologies
- ✓Strong skills in functional documentation and user story creation
- ✓Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings
