About the Role
Provide change management support to EuroQCI activities, including secretariat services and change impact assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide secretariat support to the EuroQCI Engineering Board
- →Provide secretariat support to the Programme Configuration Control Board (PCCB)
- →Prepare and circulate meeting agendas
- →Organize meeting dates, logistics, and document distribution
- →Collect and consolidate input documentation
- →Prepare and issue Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
- →Track actions and decisions
- →Perform change impact analyses covering both programmatic and technical impacts

- ✓Experience in change management processes
- ✓Strong organizational and administrative skills
