About the Role
We are looking for a Mainframe Developer to join our Retail Banking division. This role involves developing and maintaining banking applications on IBM mainframe systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain banking applications in COBOL on IBM mainframe
- →Write and optimize SQL/DB2 queries
- →Participate in ongoing development projects in the Retail Banking division
- →Analyze functional needs in the Retail Banking domain
- →Write technical and functional specifications
- →Contribute to the design of application solutions on mainframe environment
- →Work in Agile/SCRUM mode via Azure DevOps
- →Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- →Participate in code reviews and testing phases
- →Adhere to banking regulatory standards (Basel III, IFRS 9)
Requirements
- ✓Experience with COBOL and IBM mainframe systems
- ✓Knowledge of SQL and DB2
- ✓Understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- ✓Experience with Azure DevOps
- ✓Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- ✓Knowledge of banking regulations (Basel III, IFRS 9) is appreciated
- ✓Experience with VB.Net and C# is appreciated
