About the Role
We are looking for engaged UX/UI designers to join Sopra Steria EGGS, one of Norway's largest design environments. You will work on projects that impact Norway's population daily, from initial ideas to fully implemented solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take holistic responsibility for the design process, from insight to implementation
- →Translate insights into practical solutions that work for both users and organizations
- →Challenge clients and colleagues constructively
- →Communicate clearly and precisely, both visually and verbally
- →Handle complex contexts related to domains, technology, or organizations
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience with complex projects, preferably from larger organizations and product teams
- ✓Solid competence and high skill in Figma or similar design tools
- ✓Experience with user insight and user testing
- ✓Portfolio demonstrating not just visually good projects but also good process, value creation, strategic understanding, and ability to deliver in complex projects
- ✓Good written and verbal Norwegian skills
- ✓Experience with AI and front-end coding is a plus
- ✓Experience with design systems is a plus
- ✓Experience from the consulting industry is a plus
