About the Role
Join our Talent Acquisition team at Sopra Steria, responsible for attracting and recruiting new graduates and summer students. This role is central to Sopra Steria's growth strategy, as we hire 250 new graduates and 65 summer students annually.
Key Responsibilities
- →Screen candidates
- →Contact candidates by phone
- →Sell Sopra Steria to candidates
- →Participate in and organize student events
- →Follow up and collaborate with colleagues and leaders throughout the recruitment process
- →Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment
Requirements
- ✓Studying HR, organizational psychology, personnel management, leadership, or similar
- ✓Have two years left of studies in August
- ✓Have an interest in recruitment and employer branding
- ✓Communicate well in Norwegian, both orally and in writing
- ✓Interested in how data, insights, and AI can develop and streamline our processes
