About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner with a focus on recruiting to support operational daily business and strategic HR topics at the Munich location. You will be a reliable partner for employees and managers, taking responsibility for talent acquisition in close collaboration with the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Advise managers and employees on all personnel-related issues
- →Provide advisory support and close collaboration with management and HR leadership in implementing the Employee Lifecycle, addressing labor law topics, and managing team or organizational changes
- →Ensure professional, respectful, and compliant HR practices
- →Conduct independent end-to-end recruiting for various departments
- →Create job postings, perform active sourcing on relevant platforms, and work with external recruitment service providers
- →Manage the entire selection process including pre-selection, planning and conducting interviews with the department
- →Conduct contract negotiations and administrative tasks related to hiring
- →Support the tactical and strategic development of recruiting
- →Take responsibility for onboarding at the Munich location
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a focus on recruitment
- ✓Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process from job posting to contract negotiation
- ✓Excellent communication and advisory skills
