About the Role
We are seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team in Noida. This role involves providing technical support and ensuring IT infrastructure stability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide support via calls, emails, and chats, addressing issues promptly
- →Document incidents, alerts, events, and problems using standard reporting methods
- →Follow up on addressed and escalated issues as necessary
- →Utilize checklists to ensure proper problem resolution
- →Adhere to ITIL standards and quality management system to meet SLAs
- →Support users with incident logging, requests, and change management using ServiceNow
- →Coordinate tickets to closure and handle basic activities
- →Work according to French time zone and holiday calendar
Requirements
- ✓2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure support
- ✓Strong understanding of operating systems, Google Workspace, Active Directory, VPNs, ServiceNow, firewalls, network devices, and Storage
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Familiarity with ITIL framework and practices
- ✓Previous experience in an IT Service Desk role is a plus
- ✓Basic knowledge of user and security groups in Active Directory
- ✓Team player with self-motivation and excellent customer service skills
- ✓Cloud knowledge is required (AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus)
