About the Role
You will join the Orléans site, located near the train station and accessible by public transport. With over 250 employees, you will integrate teams working on various functional areas such as insurance, online gaming and betting, social protection, or telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Organize and facilitate business workshops (gathering functional requirements and assisting in decision-making)
- →Analyze and understand the needs expressed by users and business departments
- →Write functional documentation (user stories, functional specifications, statement of work)
- →Support development teams in understanding requirements
- →Define testing strategy
- →Participate in and facilitate project monitoring meetings
- →Manage project backlog, contribute to agile ceremonies
- →Integrate and lead the Business Analyst community that provides training on business areas, specifications, and testing strategies
- →In parallel with your mission, you may also work on cross-functional topics such as becoming a trainer on subjects that interest you.
