About the Role
We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team. This role involves leading technical teams and developing software projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and coach development teams of up to 5 developers
- →Develop Java-based software projects for both frontend and backend
- →Advise customers on software architectures, technical solutions, and project approaches
- →Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders
- →Apply and promote agile methods (Scrum), best practices, Clean Code, and DevOps culture
- →Ensure compliance with agreed quality and security standards
- →Make architectural decisions and review existing system landscapes
- →Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and specialists on customer projects
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Java development for both frontend and backend
- ✓Leadership and coaching skills for development teams
- ✓Knowledge of software architectures and technical solution approaches
- ✓Familiarity with agile methods like Scrum
- ✓Understanding of Clean Code principles and DevOps culture
- ✓Ability to ensure quality and security standards are met
