About the Role
You will ensure the continuity of retail and operational activities by providing hands-on and remote IT support across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support cash register and point-of-sale systems, scanners, and payment terminals
- →Troubleshoot network connectivity, printers, and other peripheral devices
- →Perform on-site interventions when remote support is not possible
- →Coordinate with external partners for hardware-related issues
- →Participate in project assignments during store renovations
- →Work with internal teams and vendors during IT rollouts
