About the Role
We are looking for a UX Designer for a 6-month contract position. You will play a key role in structuring UX work, conducting user research, and defining high-value solutions, working closely with Product teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and organize all UX design activities (research, workshops, interviews, design)
- →Conduct user interviews and UX research activities to understand needs, pain points, and usage patterns
- →Facilitate co-design and product reflection workshops
- →Contribute to identifying and prioritizing business-critical issues
- →Analyze existing UX work across different projects to synthesize user needs and prioritize optimization actions
- →Design new UI concepts addressing specific needs
- →Formulate recommendations for improving the existing interface to adapt to current user needs and promote solution adoption
- →Contribute to demonstrations, presentations, and documentation for users and clients
- →Support Product Owner and Chief Product Officer in developing and evolving product strategy
Requirements
