About the Role
We are seeking an MDM Solution Architect to design and implement enterprise-wide data management solutions. This role requires technical leadership and expertise in MDM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end MDM solution design using Informatica, Talend, or Semarchy xDM
- →Define enterprise-wide matching strategies, survivorship rules, and golden record policies
- →Establish standards for duplicate management, merge/unmerge, and data governance
- →Lead configuration of complex business rules, validation frameworks, and workflows
- →Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams
- →Act as primary technical liaison for clients and support RFP and solution design activities
- →Ensure MDM solution aligns with data quality, security, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- ✓6-8 years of total experience in MDM solutions
- ✓Expertise in Informatica, Talend, or Semarchy xDM
- ✓Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
- ✓Experience with RFP processes and solution design
