About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager at SBS, you will support a diverse portfolio of banking and fintech solutions. You will contribute to our success by ensuring that we develop the best possible products and present them to our target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning, enablement, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
- →Translate technical features into compelling narratives that address market pain points, highlight opportunities, resonate with customers, and differentiate our products.
- →Design and deliver initiatives that drive customer retention, upsell and cross-sell, strengthen engagement, and support sustainable revenue growth.
- →Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align GTM plans with business and Sales objectives, and develop high-impact marketing and enablement assets across channels.
- →Continuously deepen product knowledge to act as a trusted expert internally and externally.
- →Mentor and support direct reports, assign responsibilities aligned with skills, assess performance, and foster professional development through coaching and training.
