About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team. This role involves managing complex teams and coordinating multiple projects for prestigious brands.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage complex or mixed client/vendor teams of at least 30 resources, potentially across multiple projects simultaneously
- →Coordinate project managers of the projects within the program and be responsible for identifying intersections between coordinated resources for proper task management
- →Support the Account Manager regarding production activities, assignment of tasks, security, and optimization of pre-sales, actively participating in achieving all customer objectives
- →Monitor the progress of assigned projects, respect delivery times, manage project criticalities and documentation
- →Support and guide the client in implementing processes
- →Be responsible for planning, coordination, and implementation of projects, adhering to budget and scheduled times
- →Manage project progress and be able to highlight criticalities and areas for improvement
- →Analyze fundamental information crucial for organizational businesses
- →Evaluate the business impact of certain technical choices
Requirements
- ✓Preferred university degree in STEM disciplines
- ✓5 years of experience in a similar role
- ✓Experience in coordinating large-scale IT projects
- ✓Aptitude and interest in digital innovation in general
