About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Public Services division. This role involves leading project teams to deliver results-oriented services for our clients' information system transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure delivery, costs, deadlines, and quality meet our commitments to clients
- →Manage client relationships and build trust with stakeholders
- →Plan, prioritize, and track team tasks while ensuring quality processes are followed
- →Support team members' skill development and align their activities with career paths
- →Monitor project economic and financial performance including revenue and profitability
- →Provide regular reporting to clients and Sopra Steria management
- →Contribute to business development within your project scope
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project management, preferably in IT or system integration
- ✓Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams of 5-10 people
- ✓Excellent client relationship and communication abilities
- ✓Knowledge of software development and system integration processes
- ✓Financial acumen for project profitability analysis
- ✓Reporting and documentation skills
