About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and articulate Sales Development Representative to join our growing team at SBS. This role is the engine of our sales growth, responsible for generating qualified leads and building a robust sales pipeline for our financial technology solutions across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the financial services sector across the EMEA region
- →Conduct outreach to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
- →Research and map target accounts to identify key decision-makers, stakeholders, and organizational structure
- →Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with prospective clients
- →Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progression in CRM system
- →Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs
- →Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and SBS's product offerings
- →Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams on lead generation campaigns
- →Provide feedback on prospect pain points and market signals
- →Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions
Requirements
- ✓Experience in sales development or B2B sales, preferably in financial services
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- ✓Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar social selling tools
- ✓Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- ✓Understanding of the financial technology sector
- ✓Strong research and organizational abilities
