About the Role
Sopra Steria is seeking an engaged Scrum Master to strengthen our growing team in Stockholm. You will play a central role in helping our clients develop and achieve their goals through agile methodologies and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coach agile teams and ensure structure, pace, and continuous improvement
- →Facilitate collaboration and clear communication between product owners, developers, and stakeholders
- →Guide development teams, product owners, and stakeholders toward an agile approach
- →Promote collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and remove obstacles
- →Create an environment where teams can perform, develop, and thrive
Requirements
- ✓Minimum three years of experience as a Scrum Master
- ✓Experience leading and coaching development teams
- ✓Relevant university or college education
- ✓Excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English
- ✓Preferred: Consulting experience
- ✓Preferred: Technical background
