Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct business analysis and discuss requirements with onshore stakeholders
- →Coordinate with offshore teams to share requirements and ensure alignment
- →Maintain project processes using Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel)
- →Utilize Teams for document repository management
- →Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Retrospectives
- →Create and analyze detailed functional and business specifications (BRD/SRS)
- →Verify tasks performed by design, development, and QA teams
- →Interact with clients for requirement gathering, project updates, and business analysis
- →Support testing by creating and reviewing test cases
- →Create release documents and conduct UAT testing
- →Communicate project progress and path ahead to clients throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 6 years of real experience in managing web development projects as a Business Analyst
- ✓Practical experience in coordinating with various teams involved in complete SDLC
- ✓Excellent skills in Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel)
- ✓Experience with Agile Methodology and Scrum ceremonies
- ✓Knowledge of JIRA, GITLAB, Constellation, and Confluence (good to have)
- ✓Excellent interpersonal, documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills
- ✓Excellent spoken and written English with experience in client communication
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Ability to come up with new ideas and contribute extra to the project
- ✓Experience in managing day-to-day client interaction and setting client expectations
- ✓Focus on increasing customer satisfaction and deepening relationships
