About the Role
We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to execute and optimize multi-channel programs that generate high-quality MQLs and contribute to SQL and pipeline growth in a complex B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute and optimize demand generation programs across paid media (SEA, with a focus on LinkedIn Ads, retargeting) and email marketing (lead nurture, campaign follow-ups, database engagement)
- →Ensure campaigns drive qualified MQLs and support pipeline growth
- →Optimize landing pages, forms, and acquisition journeys with Digital Marketing and Operations
- →Improve conversion across the funnel (Lead → MQL → SQL)
- →Track and analyze performance by channel, segment, and geography
- →Monitor MQL quality, SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution
- →Run structured tests across campaigns, messaging, and offers
- →Contribute insights and recommendations to improve demand generation performance
Requirements
- ✓Experience in executing and optimizing multi-channel demand generation programs
- ✓Strong knowledge of paid media, including SEA, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting
- ✓Proficiency in email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign follow-ups
- ✓Ability to optimize landing pages, forms, and acquisition journeys
- ✓Experience in tracking and analyzing performance metrics
- ✓Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor MQL quality, SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution
- ✓Experience in running structured tests across campaigns, messaging, and offers
- ✓Ability to contribute insights and recommendations to improve demand generation performance
