About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the SBS team in Bucharest. This role is crucial for driving sales growth by generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline for financial technology solutions across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the financial services sector across the EMEA region
- →Conduct outreach to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
- →Research and map target accounts to identify key decision-makers, stakeholders, and organizational structure
- →Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with prospective clients
- →Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progression in CRM system
- →Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs
- →Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and SBS's product offerings
- →Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams on lead generation campaigns and messaging
- →Provide feedback on prospect pain points and market signals to help refine sales messaging
- →Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions
Requirements
