About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Airbus and manage the entire recruitment process. This role involves partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand organizational needs and develop strategic talent acquisition projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging candidates to facilitating a seamless hiring experience
- →Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand the organization’s needs and align on role requirements
- →Define the most appropriate sourcing strategy, channels and social media to identify and attract talented people
- →Create attractive, compliant and diversity-friendly job adverts
- →Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies and approach top candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- →Manage the selection process, including screening applications, assessment of candidates, and conduction of interviews
- →Give feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- →Represent Airbus at job fairs, industry events, and networks to attract high-quality applicants
- →Promote diversity and inclusion through social media, employer branding, and internal campaigns
- →Develop, plan, and execute strategic Talent Acquisition projects to optimize recruitment processes
- →Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions on recruitment process and inclusive practices
- →Deliver results against KPIs and keep knowledge of relevant legislation up to date
Requirements
- ✓Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- ✓Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment practices
- ✓Ability to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives
- ✓Experience with recruitment metrics and KPIs
- ✓Understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
