About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Sales DACH to join our team at SoSafe. This role focuses on driving growth in the public sector by leading and inspiring a high-performing team of Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, mentor, and enable a team of Account Executives to foster Sales Excellence and continuous skill development.
- →Manage the full-cycle sales process for strategic accounts in the public sector, from acquisition and qualification to solution positioning, negotiation, and contract closure.
- →Support the team in building and maintaining trusted relationships with top decision-makers in public institutions.
- →Ensure healthy pipeline, precise forecasts, and CRM discipline through regular deal reviews to boost momentum and win rates.
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to optimize sales processes and onboarding in the DACH region.
- →Contribute to the development and scaling of our sales methodology, playbooks, and best practices.
- →Personally manage selected strategic high-value deals to set an example and support the team's learning process.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in SaaS sales in the DACH market within a scale-up/startup environment, with a track record of closing strategic B2B deals and navigating complex sales cycles.
- ✓Minimum 1 year of leadership experience or demonstrated leadership aptitude through internal career progression.
- ✓Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and deal coaching.
- ✓Hunter mentality with relentless drive for identifying new opportunities and high standards for personal pipeline.
- ✓Agile and adaptable, thriving in a high-pace scale-up environment with changing priorities.
- ✓Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRMs and modern sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI-driven solutions.
- ✓Bonus points for experience in cybersecurity in the DACH region.
- ✓Fluent communication in German and English.
