About the Role

We are looking for a Front-End / Webflow Developer to join our team at So Shall We. This role focuses on building fast, scalable, and high-performing websites and landing pages that drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop responsive websites and landing pages primarily in Webflow
→Translate Figma designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect, production-ready builds
→Implement CMS collections, dynamic content, and scalable page structures
→Ensure sites are fast, accessible, SEO-friendly, and conversion-optimized
→Integrate Webflow sites with CRMs, forms, booking tools, analytics, and tracking pixels
→Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, or performance issues
→Make iterative improvements based on CRO feedback and data

Requirements

✓2–4+ years of front-end or Webflow experience
✓Build complex Webflow sites using Client-First (or similar) naming conventions
✓Work confidently with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
✓Turn designs into reality with attention to detail and performance
✓Understand how design decisions impact conversion and user behavior
✓Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly with non-technical teammates
✓Own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
