About the Role
The SpaceX Global Relocation team is seeking a Global Relocation Program Manager to coordinate and lead all aspects of their employee relocation program. This role will manage programs in relocation, immigration, and tax for both domestic and international relocations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the full cycle of domestic, international, and intra-country relocation transfers
- →Design, implement, and execute global mobility and immigration programs
- →Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and Legal
- →Provide relocation program guidance to stakeholders and employees
- →Lead stakeholder queries, vendor partner queries, and escalations
- →Monitor industry trends and develop strategies to meet business needs
- →Drive operational efficiencies and enhance policies and processes
- →Provide consultations on complex relocation matters
- →Work with Compensation and HR to design strategies for various relocation scenarios
- →Act as the subject matter expert for the SpaceX relocation program
- →Track and provide visibility of all relocation activity
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree
- ✓8+ years of professional experience managing relocation programs
- ✓Experience with global mobility administration and international employee transfers
- ✓Strong organizational and project management skills
- ✓Strategic thinking and adaptability
- ✓Experience working with data and presentations
- ✓Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- ✓Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- ✓ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
