Key Responsibilities
- →Meet with program leadership to intake and develop new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback
- →Source and screen candidates, particularly focusing on non-active job seekers for leadership roles
- →Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews
- →Organize and deliver accurate reporting to leaders at all levels
- →Give tours to candidates before their on-site interviews
- →Attend interviews alongside client groups to evaluate candidates
- →Manage the offer process, including background checks, offer negotiations, and extending offer letters
- →Coordinate the candidate experience during busy interview periods
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience as a recruiter; or associate degree and 6+ years of experience; or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- ✓Experience in executive and engineering recruiting
- ✓Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- ✓Must be onsite full-time – hybrid and remote work will not be considered
- ✓ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, Refugee, or Asylee, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
