Product Manager at Sparetech

Your Mission Is to take ownership of an existing product within our core Operator App, shaping its evolution from today’s state and driving sustainable business impact and meaningful revenue growth. You’ll define product direction, validate hypotheses, and build solutions at the intersection of AI innovation, market networks, manufacturing, and the circular economy, shaping SPARETECH’s core products to transform industrial spare parts data into an efficient, reliable, and collaborative experience. We offer you the opportunity to • Design for market networks: Drive the evolution of our existing Operator App so collaboration becomes effortless and network effects can emerge across stakeholders. • Sustain and deepen product-market fit: Conduct user interviews, generate prototypes, run experiments, and iterate quickly based on insights. • Build Structure: Establish backlog, roadmap, and agile ceremonies to bring clarity and momentum, in collaboration with your engineering counterparts • Collaborate using AI-first principles: Partner with engineering teams to build intelligent, scalable solutions with speed. • Launch GTM strategy: Partner with marketing and sales to craft positioning and drive feature adoption. • Measure Impact: Track adoption, quality, and business KPIs to ensure success.
